Power up the projector by pressing the Power button on either the wall switch or the remote control (labeled InFocus). If using the remote make sure you are pointing it at the projector. Wait approximately 1 min until you see the projector's start-up image on the projector screen.
Use the wall switch or remote to select HDMI as the Source. Do not connect any cables to your laptop, iPad or iPhone.
You should see Apple TV home screen on the projector screen.
Ensure that your iOS device is on the UCSD-PROTECTED Wi-Fi network. On the iOS device, swipe up to reveal the Control Center. Tap the “AirPlay Mirroring” button. Select “Keck” from the list. On your Apple device, enter the four-digit code that appears on the projector screen. You should be now connected. If the connection fails, cancel AirPlay and try to connect again. Note: You need to have iOS version 10.12 or higher on your Apple device for AirPlay to work.
When you have finished using the projector, please turn it off by pressing the Power button on either the wall switch or the remote control.
